All our classes are membership based and so you will need to register and pay the joining fee prior to becoming a member and purchasing a membership option.

You can attend a trial for our sessions prior to joining so you are not committing to anythig long term.

This is a fun based class that will introduce your child to the world of Parkour, providing them with a good foundation for developing basic movements, and skills.
We provide structured classes, with highly trained coaches in a very safe environment.

Introduction into Parkour.
This is a tailor made class for beginners into Parkour.
Our highly trained coaches will guide students, teaching them valuable skills such as correct jumping and landing techniques, vaults, swings and of course flips within a safe environment.

This class is specifically for teenage of all levels. i idea is to create a community of young athletes that can train together and learn from each other.
You will learn tricks at your own pace in a friendly environment.
Criteria: Must have graded up from beginner class

This class is the next step up once you have learnt the basics in our beginner class.
You will then be invited to intermediate class.
You will achieve higher level skills like landing flips off vaults and walls.
Swinging from bars etc.
Criteria: Must be graded up from intermediate class

This is our most advanced class.
We offer this in a highly skilled class.
Classes are very confident with jumping techniques and will learn very complex movement like doubles and twisting.
Age: 14+

This class is specifically for adults wanting to learn the basic parkour skills with like minded people.
You will learn tricks at your own pace in a friendly environment.
Criteria: Invite only & attend 3 classes per week plus all open gyms
Age: All

This is a class specifically for people who have shown exceptional commitment and skills.
This class is by invite only in order to join the Squad team and will be expected to train at least 3 times a week.
The coaches will train specifically with individuals tailoring the coaching to gain the best from the students.
