Ruel DaCosta founder of Paramount Parkour (formerly known as MK Parkour) has taught in many schools over the years, Primary and secondary schools to special needs schools. Inspirational coach of the year 2018 and governor award winning Ruel is an international stuntman, Parkour/Obstacle consultant for TV and 2 times grand finalist on ITV Ninja Warrior.
