The Open Gym session is an opportunity to use the entire 30,000 sq foot facility which includes the Parkour Room in addition to the Gymnastics Centre.
Theses sessions are not coached but there will be staff available who will monitor and occasionally assist with tricks and progression.
Before attending Paramount Parkour you must register and pay a joining fee.
Once you have registered you can then purchase a Pay As You Go (PAYG) open gym ticket and attend when you want or sign up to a membership.
BOLT ON OPEN GYM MEMBERSHIPS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON THEIR OWN AND IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO EXISTING CUSTOMERS WITH ACTIVE MEMBERSHIPS.
